I just finished the first two weeks at my new job as a Business Analyst for I-TEL, Inc. I feel like I got a new job but still have my old job since I still have all, or most, of the responsibilities from my old job. I-TEL is the software vendor that my old company worked with and they really just moved my position from my old company to the I-TEL.
I'm really missing my guy Tim. He moved to Alabama last month to start a new job. I didn't really realize how attached I was to him and his family. We still talk and text everyday. I'm trying to keep busy, not hard, and get things done that I've been putting off but it still looks bleak come Friday night and the weekend arrives when I realize I'll spend it alone. :(
I'm taking Kaylie and her friend to Chicago for a long weekend next Saturday. We're taking the train. First time for me and I'm really looking forward to not having to drive in Chicago though it would have been cool to take my new car and check out my OnStar navigation. We're going to see Jersy Boys and maybe Second City. Oh, and we want to check out the new glass floor skydeck at the Sears Tower. I was hoping Cory would go with us but with work and having to take some time off when school starts, he couldn't swing it. I'm going to miss my boy when he moves out. I hope he comes and visits me.
